Habitat for Humanity of Clay and Yankton Counties builds homes in partnership with qualifying partner families and the community. We then sell the homes at no profit with zero percent interest mortgages to partnering families. Those families also receive financial and homeowner counseling to prepare them to become successful homeowners!
