Donating to Habitat for Humanity of Clay and Yankton Counties, means 100% of your donation is donated to home ownership programs and services in our communities. Plus, each donation given to help build a Habitat Home multiplies each year as the homeowner mortgage payments get recycled back into Habitat to build more affordable houses.
One of the most important reasons of giving is the opportunity you have to build hope, community goodwill and community pride.
Donations are not just monetary! Time, materials, donations to our Resale Store, partnering your business with Habitat…each of these items make an impact in not only our communities, but also in the lives of our Habitat Families.
Some of our Sponsors:
“I applied for a Habitat home because I wanted my kids to have a happy, safe, place to call home. I just want stability in their lives.”
Karisa, like more than half of all hardworking wage earners, has made at least one trade off in the last three years to cover housing costs. Take some time to read Karisa’s story…
Thank you Chris and Lindsey Jacobson for your time and support of Habitat's affordable housing mission!
